Anti Corrosion Coating - Chemical:
A market leader in the manufacture of Spa elements approached Datec to help find a solution to a corrosion problem due to the use of more aggressive chemicals found in Spas. Datec reviewed its line of coatings and developed a new high temperature sealing coating that is able to withstand highly acidic environments at elevated water temperatures.

Anti Corrosion Coating – Abrasion & Heat:
A market leader in the design and manufacture of jet engines approached Datec to find a solution to the use of hexavalent chrome coatings currently used in their jet engine systems. As a result Datec was able to design a high temperature coating that passed the thermal shock, thermal cycling and adhesion requirements for this application.
